Presentation of papers acepted has prorogued until September 27 th.

Requirements
1.
The final text of selected papers/posters must be submitted by September 13, 2004 and contain the following details: a) name of author(s) b) title of paper or poster c) e-mail address d) name and full address of institution e) name given to the file in the acceptance letter f) proposed thematic area of paper or poster g) most relevant publications (books, articles, etc.).

2. The full text of papers should be typed single-spaced in Times New Roman, font 12, and may not exceed 6 DIN A4 sheets and 3 standard-measure (A1) plates for posters.

3. Accepted abstracts will be published and handed out in the official opening ceremony. The publication will also include title, name of author(s) and institution of origin of approved posters.

4. Papers or posters may be written exclusively in either of the official languages of the Seminar: Spanish, English and French.

5. Only those selected papers or posters whose author has registered and has paid for the Seminar will be published in the
